Terms, Delivery & Product Information
Crafted by Hand. Made to Last.
At NOMA Marrakech, we collaborate with skilled artisans and specialist workshops to create products that celebrate craftsmanship, natural materials and timeless design.
Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order or produced from natural materials, each piece carries its own unique character. These terms are intended to provide clarity regarding delivery, installation, product characteristics and customer responsibilities.
Product Characteristics & Natural Materials
Many NOMA Marrakech products are handcrafted using natural materials including stone, brass, copper, timber, lime-based finishes, ceramic and handwoven textiles.
Natural variations in colour, texture, veining, glaze, dimensions, patina and finish are inherent characteristics of these materials and should be expected.
Such variations are not defects but part of the unique beauty and individuality of each piece.
No two products will be identical.
Product samples, photographs and showroom displays are provided as guidance only and may not represent the exact appearance of the delivered product.
Customer Responsibility Prior to Installation
