1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through NOMA Marrakech. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

Many of our products are handmade, custom-made, or produced using natural materials. Minor variations in color, texture, glaze, dimensions, veining, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

NOMA Marrakech reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • pricing errors
  • unavailable products
  • incomplete customer information

5. Installation & Product Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NOMA Marrakech’s responsibility is limited to supplying the agreed product.

The customer is responsible for:

  • checking all products upon delivery
  • verifying measurements and specifications before installation
  • hiring qualified professionals where required
  • ensuring installation complies with local regulations and technical standards

Products must always be inspected before installation begins.

6. Handmade Products & Natural Variations

Our products may vary slightly due to handcrafted production methods and natural materials.

Variations in:

  • color
  • dimensions
  • texture
  • glaze
  • stone veining
  • surface finish

are considered normal and part of the product’s unique character.

These variations do not constitute grounds for complaints or refunds.

7. Product Images

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and finishes may differ slightly depending on:

  • screen settings
  • lighting conditions
  • natural material variations

Minor differences between images and actual products are not considered defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

NOMA Marrakech is not liable for:

  • installation costs
  • removal or reinstallation costs
  • plumbing or electrical work
  • labor or contractor costs
  • project management expenses
  • temporary solutions
  • storage or transportation costs

This applies even in cases involving product replacement, repair, or remanufacturing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Ownership

Products remain the property of NOMA Marrakech until full payment has been received.

10. Force Majeure

NOMA Marrakech is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • strikes
  • war
  • customs delays
  • transportation disruptions
  • supplier delays
  • government actions
  • unforeseen events
