Are your products handmade? +
Most of our collections are handmade or produced in small batches by skilled artisans. Small variations in texture, color, dimensions and finish are part of the beauty and character of handcrafted pieces.
Will my product look exactly like the pictures? +
Natural materials such as marble, onyx, wood, wool and handmade finishes are unique. Variations in veining, texture and tone are natural and make every piece one of a kind.
Why are some products different in color or texture? +
Natural and handmade materials respond differently to light, seasons and traditional production techniques. These subtle differences are part of the character and beauty of handcrafted design.
Are your products made from natural materials? +
Many of our collections are made using natural materials including wool, marble, onyx, brass, wood, clay and natural finishes selected for their timeless character and durability.
Can your products be legally installed in European bathrooms? +
Yes. Many of our products can be installed in European bathrooms when installed according to local building regulations and standards. We always recommend installation by a certified professional.
Do your sinks fit standard European drains? +
Yes. Our sinks are designed to work with standard European plumbing dimensions in most installations. If a product requires specific fittings this will be clearly stated.
Do your sinks include overflow? +
Some models include overflow and some do not. Please check individual product specifications before purchasing.
Can I use your sinks with wall-mounted or countertop taps? +
Yes. Depending on the model, our sinks can work with both countertop and wall-mounted tap solutions.
Are stone and marble sinks treated? +
Many of our sinks are sealed for everyday use. Natural stone still requires regular care and maintenance to preserve its appearance over time.
Can natural stone change over time? +
Natural stone develops character through use. Small changes in surface appearance are normal and part of the beauty of living materials.
Do wool rugs shed? +
Natural wool rugs can shed slightly during the first months of use. This is completely normal and decreases over time.
Will handmade rugs vary slightly in size? +
Yes. Traditional handwoven and handmade rugs may vary slightly in size and shape.
Are your rugs suitable for underfloor heating? +
Yes. Most wool rugs work well with underfloor heating.
How should I clean my rug? +
Vacuum regularly without using rotating brush settings. For stains, blot gently rather than rubbing. Professional cleaning is recommended when needed.
Can I order a custom rug? +
Yes. Many of our rugs can be produced in custom sizes, colours and variations.
Can you produce large rugs? +
Yes. We regularly create oversized rugs for homes, hotels and commercial spaces.
What are your delivery times? +
Delivery depends on whether the item is in stock or custom made.
In-stock items: 3-10 business days within Europe
Custom-made items: usually 4-12 weeks depending on production

Is there a guarantee on delivery? +
Yes. We work closely with our production partners and logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery and clear communication throughout the process.
What happens if there are delays? +
Occasionally handcrafted and custom-produced products require additional production time. If delays occur we always inform you as early as possible.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Tracking information is provided whenever available.
What happens if my item arrives damaged? +
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the packaging and product. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order? +
Standard products follow our return policy. Custom-made products produced specifically for you cannot normally be returned.
Do you offer samples? +
Yes. Selected materials and finishes can be ordered as samples.
How do I know if a color or material works in my space? +
Natural materials behave differently in changing light conditions. We recommend ordering samples when possible before larger purchases.
Do you offer interior design services? +
Yes. Noma offers design guidance and concept development for private homes, hotels, restaurants and commercial projects.
We help create spaces where materials, textures and details work together as a complete experience.
Can I get help designing my bathroom? +
Yes. We offer bathroom design services including:

Yes. We create concepts for homes, hotels, spas, restaurants and interior projects.

From €500 or quotation depending on scope
Is the design fee deducted if I purchase products from Noma? +
For larger projects, part of the design fee may be credited toward your final purchase value.
Can I book a consultation before ordering? +
Yes. Consultations can be booked digitally or in person when possible.
