Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted for eligible standard products within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

unused
in original condition
in original packaging
free from damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started:

custom-made products
made-to-measure items
special finishes or colors
specially ordered products
products manufactured upon customer request

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are packaged securely for return shipment.

If returned products are damaged due to insufficient packaging, NOMA Marrakech reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Refunds

If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, NOMA Marrakech reserves the right to choose the appropriate solution, including:

repair
replacement
remanufacturing
refund where applicable

For handmade or limited-production products, repair or replacement will generally be prioritized before refunds are considered.

Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected and approved.

Non-Refundable Costs

NOMA Marrakech does not reimburse costs related to:

installation
removal
reinstallation
labor
plumbing
electrical work
transportation
storage
contractor fees
