Samir Rug – technical product description

Samir is a hand-knotted, solid-colored wool rug with natural marbling, crafted using traditional Moroccan techniques. The rug is made from hand-dyed wool in closely-toned black and dark gray shades, resulting in a uniform yet vibrant expression with subtle variations in the surface.

The dense hand-knotted construction provides good dimensional stability, high wear resistance, and a long lifespan. The natural properties of the wool contribute to good acoustic dampening, temperature regulation, and a pleasant tactile impression. The rug develops a patina with age rather than showing wear and tear.

Samir can be custom-ordered and adapted to specific requirements regarding format, proportion, and area of use.
