Vintage kudde i ull med Saharaband – 50 × 50 cm
Denna handsydda kudde är tillverkad av vintage handvävt ulltyg från Marocko och dekorerad med ett autentiskt vävt band från Sahara. Kombinationen av den mjuka naturfärgade ullen och det grafiska bandet i svart och grönt ger kudden ett tidlöst uttryck som passar lika fint i ett modernt hem som i en mer rustik eller bohemisk inredning.
Bandet är inte nyproducerat. Det har tidigare använts som en del av de traditionella nomadtälten i Sahara, där de vävdes för att spänna ut tältduken av kamelhår mot markens tältpinnar. Idag köper vi dessa vintageband på en liten marknad ute i Sahara, där de får ett nytt liv.
I Marrakech syr vår vän Monchif varsamt varje kudde för hand. Genom att kombinera återbrukade textilier med traditionellt hantverk skapas en unik inredningsdetalj där inget exemplar är det andra likt.
Kudden har dold dragkedja och levereras utan innerkudde i vår webbshop för att minska transportvolym och miljöpåverkan. Innerkudden är fylld med återvunna textilfibrer från textilindustrin.
